So when I am on a cycle it promotes the flushing of the toxins??

to keep hydrated. If our bodies are made up of 70% water, then why not keep it hydrated?

i drink more than that --i bet i sweat out 1/2 gallon when i go to the gym

And it keeps flushing your liver/kidneys/body of anything harmful.... its just healthy
