??letro??nolva??dosage??split??

taking 1mg of letro and 60mg of nolva a day for itchy nipple. But take my shot of prop and tren ed after dinner. should i take half the nolva/letro dose in the morning and the other half with my shot?

Take half the nolva in the AM and the rest of the nolva and letro in the evening, you get highest estrogen levels in the night.

Just take the nolva in the am, then the other half and letro in the pm.

I think taking both of these together causes the letro to lose potency. Some guy was asking about it in the arr forum.

I think it is that you don't run letro and nolva, but you can run ldex and nolva-very confusing shiat some times, but I think that is right. Strange I would dump the letro and add ldex or dump the nolva and up the letro, but IMO take the largest portion of your anti-e in the pm.
