Is it possible, as a beginner, to do 8 weeks of DECA at 400 and 10 weeks of sus at 250 a week? That will help with the blood levels and sides, right?

Exactly.

The correct way of using Sustanon by keeping blood levels constant is doing is how I am.

Here is a example of my cycle. I am far experienced yet this cycle is EXTREMELY basic but not for a first timer just yet.

1-4 dbol 50mg ED
1-12 sustanon 250mg EOD
1-11 deca 600mg/week
1-12 nolvadex 20mg ED

clomid for PCT.

This is the way to keep blood levels constant with sustanon ALONE.
