What are those bumps?

I actually didn't see them very much last night at The O, but what are the bumps in the abs? I've always guessed GH injections, but I didn't think there would be that many spots with that many abseses.

An example would be Branch Warren's abs in this picture:

Look at the picture in the background to the left. You can see a bump in the upper-left and middle-right abdominals. What the hell are those? I'm pretty sure any bumps in calves and forearms are due to Synthol, but what about the abs?
