when to cut up?

should i take clen and cut down before my sust deca winny cycle or should i run the sust and deca then bring in the winny and clen towards the end into pct....im 6-5 240 right now with bf at like 11%????

im gonna run 125mgs of sust ed for 10 wks, the fast acting deca nnp or npp whatever it is for 10 wks and then winny for about 6-7 wks....how long should i run the clen for after 2wks on and 2 wks off for what 8-10 wks???
