    make sure to do cardio and a good diet as normal haha. My gf wont do either and shes all mad shes not losing weight

    I dont know who you ordered from or what the per ML pump ratio is.
    what did the site you bought it from say the concentration was? 200mcg/ML or 100mcg/ML
