How many mg should i take a day? Also should they be taken all at once or evenly throughout the day. Mine are 200mg each.

1000mg If you can get the 500mg pills next time. I always get the weak ones too and its a pain taking all those pills. I take mine all at once.

i have looked and looked and can't find any evidence that milk histle does anything for your liver. i think its a waste. drinking a lot of water will do more for you than some herbal supp
