how long should i wait before i start next cycle

i finished my first cycle on sept. 26th. i am currenty on my pct. how long should i wait before i start my next one. i heard from 1 month to six months. should i get blood work fisrt to make sure everythings balanced. thanks in advance.

ran pct..then took a month off and run the same exact cycle again?

Nope, I have always mixed it a bit. At least one change in compounds.

For example:

Dbol/Test/Deca
Drol/Test/Deca

Must admit, I have jumped back on cycle without following the aformentioned rule.
