Is there any advantage/disadvantage, to injecting twice a week for 2 substances..

Say, 1 shot every tuesday(750mg of test) and then another shot every friday(500mg of Deca), and then just cycle those...

Or do you benefit more if you split those dosages up into 2 shots per week, per substance?

Your blood levels are more even with twice weekly injections of long esters. I prefer to mix Deca with Test in the same syringe because test sometimes gives me pain and it is greatly lessened when diluted with the Deca.
