ok...first cycle

hey im new here but i feel like i no alot of u cuz ive been reading in these forums for about a year, but yeah im startin my first cycle, and i was just wondering how this sounded to u guys:
CYCLE
weeks 1-10 Test E 500 mg ew
weeks 1-10 Dianabol 20 mg ed
weeks 1-4 Nolvadex 10 mg ed
PCT
days 1-30 L-dex .25 mg ed
days 1-30 Clomid 100 mg ed
days 1-30 Nolvadex 20 mg ed
days 1-30 Milk Thistle 1000 mg ed

is there anything else i should have in my cycle or pct(like l-glutamine) to prevent sides and what not? what sides do u think i would see? what kind of gains? how many of the gains do u think i would keep? and when should i start my pct?

whoa whoa whoa. Easy on the 10 weeks of dbol . That can wreck your liver. It looks good besides that..Erase the dbol and youve got yourself a great looking cycle.

I'm assuming you reversed the nolvadex and d-bol...
Cycle looks decent though, although i would bump up the d-bol to 25-30mg imo.

I'd bump the dbol up to 30mg ED and run it for the first 4 weeks just like chest6 suggested.

Run the nolvadex @ 10mg ED for the first 10 weeks.

Start PCT 14 days after your last test injection.

Anadrol /Anapolan: 24 hours after last administration
Deca : 21 days after last injection
Dianabol : 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise : 21 days after last injection
Fina: 3 days after last injection
Primobolan depot: 14 days after last injection
Sustanon : 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate : 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection
Testosterone Propionate : 3 days after last injection
Testosterone Suspension : 24 hours after last administration
Winstrol : 24 hours after last administration

This should make things easier
