Winny: Skim or 3%

Is winny supposed to look like skim milk or heavier 3%? Mine looks like skim...anyone? Also, b4 use, do I need to shake the S^@T out of it or gently?

milky is just a description, I would shake it up to ensure suspension.

I know its a description but I was just trying to be sure. As for shaking: am I looking for something specific once shaked or just shake and then pull?

Shake it, draw it, shake in syringe right before injecting helps too.

Milk won't seperate....winny does. Set your amp on a flat surface. Let it sit overnight. You will notice a distinct seperation with the hormone from the water.
