I am trying to cut for cycle and want to know if its okay to eat at 4 30, a just protien fiber meal and sleap till 9 30 and work out immediately from 9 45 to 9 25 followed immediately with PWO shake. Will I burn more fat or more muscle, is it the same as doing cardio? Also what if I take creatine, and no explode will this help me keep from getting to catabolic or should I just take some glutamine.
