after my injection (i didnt aspirate as it was with left hand and it was impossible) alot of blood came out i had to use 3 swabbers. i dont feel any different so does this mean juice went to waste or went through vessel?

went through a vessel dude - your ok. im sure a little of the gear came out as well with the blood if thats what you are asking but i dont think enough to call it a waste. id wait for someone else to answer on this one however

Your all good. You may have touched a vein giong in. Make sure you aspirate giong forward.

that's no excuse to not aspirate.. u will get used to doing it with both hands.. u just have to try.. shoot quads, delts, and pecs. they are all pretty easy to aspirate with either hand...Originally Posted by Adam.S
