too many calories? or just full of shit?
2 weeks ago i decided to up my calories from around 2500 ED to 4000 ED. im 5'8 and 190lbs with about 10-12% BF. problem is, im taking a crap about 5 or 6 times a day. is this normal? im taking in about 320g protein, lots of carbs and low fat, not eating any shit. just wondering if its a case of waiting afew more weeks for my body to maybe 'adjust' to the new calories or drop it by about 500 kcal, what do you guys think?

i heard that you should actually eat feces to get big and strong. it's like a natural steroid . good stuff... i believe swole said something along those lines.

not actually sure how much fibre, im eating sa bowl of cereal, 2 or 3 bananas and wholemeal breads, red meat, tuna, lots of egg whites and afew yolks, a protein shake or two, and 2 yogurt drinks that have like 25 g protein, 80 g carbs (overall 577kcal) and very low fat. dont think my fibre intake is excessive

I have been there myself, shitting 5 or 6 times/day. IMO it means it's too much. I eat like a horse now and only go once a day.

i believe the more u consume the more u shit, especially if u drink alot of protein shakes, etc.., cause they have alot of chemicals in ther to help move ur bouls. if they didn't have these agents u would seal up ur intestines like u just drank a glass of cement & then u would shit out a brick & be in extreme constipation.
