It can also be used for cutting gear that is painful to shoot.

Pinn-- I second that..I did not feel any different from the many B-12 injections either, but maybe I just did not respond well. I would be interested in others' experiences though.

Conversely, I love my B-12. Yes, it's a vitamin, so the effects will be subtle. But overall, I feel better and have an increased appetite (which is a pain while cutting
)
My multivitamin and B-12 shots have become a daily ritual, but of course people will respond differently to it.

Responding has nothing to do with it....how so? Obviously it's a friggin vitamin...c'mon.
If someone experiences increased energy levels while taking B-12 and another doesn't, you wouldn't say that one responded well and the other did not?
Some may take vitamin E for high cholesterol or Hawthorne Berries for high BP, however upon a visit to their dr. they are told that both are still high.....you wouldn't say that they didn't respond well to the vitamin/supps?
But, what do I know I'm just a first year nursing student.

If someone experiences increased energy levels while taking B-12 and another doesn't, you wouldn't say that one responded well and the other did not? Placebo ..simple as that.Show me documented clinical studies to show otherwise(in normal, healthy adult males).

But, what do I know I'm just a first year nursing student.Not much since you aren't going to med school to become a doctor/pharmacists..I'm sure you can take someones BP though[/QUOTE]

Easy on the juice man...you're so defensive, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.
You're right, that's all I can to do is check BP...you're the man!
