    WELCOME to Chempink & Primodonna - Our new Fem Mods

    Since Jason is away this weekend, thought I would put this up. Both of these ladies have a good bit of knowlege to share and all of us will be able to benefit from their dedication and experiences. I have been fortunate enough to see their pics and can firmly aver that they arent just armchair coaches but have put what they know into practice at home.

    They are some of the best members from the EF board and we are very happy to have them here to be "board mommy's" in our big happy disfunctional family So now we have three of them, including our prised, MsFigure, to help keep u boys in line. Ladies, feel free to smack them around a bit, if they get on ur nerves

    Concrats!

    I've seen your tag at EF, hope your gonna post more over here now, we have gained some useful info from Ms Figure it wil be good to have more female input in here. Does your AAS, training and diet knowledge base lie with just females or will we benefit too
