need help with nolva dosage????

ok i ma taking test e 500 a week and deca 400 a week i have nolva but i can measure it right it's a liquid my syringe starts from 0 to 1 mg at how much nolva should i take and if i used the syringe tube to draw it from the bottle where should it be????

Depending on how much you want to cycle....I would suggest 25mg/ED....1/2 ml.
