    Can use it for either. For cutting however I would definitly recommend an anti-e like letro. And yes it's a good combo with eq.

    Is this for a first cycle?

    no i have done a few mas cycles before but want to cutup now.

    iam thinking of doing EQ 400mg/week & teston 400mg/week for 10-12 weeks
    but u think i should take letro too, whats it for & how much /week and for how long

    Keep estrogen to a minimum, which will make it easier to take off bodyfat and it will keep the bloat down. You would take it for the entire cycle.
