after my last injection when should I begin clomid? Also, if the first day I am taking 300mg, any idea what the best way to take that is? Does it need to be spread out across the day or at once?

depends what shot was your last one....and you take it all at once

I spread it out through the day just to be sure, cant do anything but maybe improve things I think. But you need to tell us what you are using, things like test prop you start pretty mch straight away, whereas test enanthate, you wait a couple of weeks.

I'm taking Eq and winny this go around...Eq at 500/wk for 12 weeks and winny from week 7-12 at 400mg/wk.

clomid has a long half-life (possible 5 days) so there is no need to split up the doses throughout the day.....eq= 17-21 days after last administration.....

you should run that cycle like this.
eq 12 weeks
winny weeks 10-15,this way it will all line up for you to start pct directly after your last winn jab or tab.
