    Slicing Armidex up?!

    I've got these tiny 1mg armidex pills

    I've been told to take 0.25mg a day to avoid gyno... now i just wanted to get this right... I gotta quarter that little pill?!

    not to sure about the dose bro,but you might look into getting a pill spliter.I hear they work great.

    Solid is correct...the recommended minimum is .5mg/day. I use a pill cutter but a razor blade works just as well. Good luck.
