Is this normal?

It has been about 19 hours since first injection and the area is a little swollen with a small bruise. I am assuming since I put a sharp piece of metal into my muscle that this is normal healing. Just curious. The bruise is not readily noticeable by looking at it, but I can feel it.

It's probably not a bruise even though it feels like it. It might be sore for about week depending on what you're inecting, but it's no big deal. You'll get used to it.
