Help Burning feeling.... Sustanon

I did my first inject of sustanon and im getting a burning sensation in the tops of my fingers top side f my hand... IS this normal the only thing I feel is that. Will I notice any change in my body other than muscle growth? How fast acting is this stuff?

The testosterone propionate in the sustanon can hurt. But it hurts were the testosterone propionate is crystalizing in the muscle. I certainly hope this guy isn't injecting into his fingers.
