I'm already decent size 234lbs 6', I'm one of the top 2 or 3 strongest guys @ my gym. But I just can't seem to get under 17% BF. I don't have a problem doing Cardio, be it jogging(I jog probably 20 miles a week), sprinting, eliptical, whatever....I just think I need some "extra" help if you know what i mean.
Can one of you GURUS offer me some advice? Obviously I don't want to completly destroy all of the muscle I've got to lean down, but I'd love to get a little leaner, 11%BF would be ideal for me.
