what about the abobtion problem tho ...ive read that its advised to take on empty stomach and dont eat until an hour after ,,,this would be hard throught the day because of consistent meals

It's true, you should ingest your thyroid hormones on empty stomach. At low dosages, I administer it once in the AM on empty. For higher dosages, split it up, and try to do so like you said, between meals...
