    start out on 30mg ED see how you feel, if you dont get any headaches
    or bad stomachs top it up to 40-50mg mate.

    Ive been using 30mg for a week and started 40mg on saturday. I feel the same.

    keep it up for another 3 weeks bro, untill the test kicks in.
    you could even top it up to 50mg if you feel ok,
