i actually have just heard of this (proviron) i ussualy take 10mg of nolva as well as a capsule of otc anti-estrogens. Is proviron available like nolva and clomid? should i bother?

im currently only running test 250/sust 250 750 mg week

Proviron works differently to nolva:

Proviron - stops conversion of test to estrogen
Nolva - stops estrogen being taken up the the estrogen receptors.

If your particularly prone to gyno or other estrogenic sides then using both will really control estrogen. Also if you use proviron you reduce the risk of an estrogenic backlash when you finish your cycle.

Proviron is just as common as nolva. Maybe a little less do to research companies, but I think proviron is far superior for me atleast

Proviron poses as an anti-E but is actually an androgenic steroid. I love it and take 25mg. a day throughout my cycles. It cuts down on water and adds hardness to your muscles.
