How much, how often ???

Guys

I am taking Deca 400mg a week and sust 500mg a week. Can I take the 500mg of sust in one go (once a week) or is it better to split to 250mg twice a week, will this make any difference ?

I know it will be a lot easier on the injection sites as it will cut down the amount of times I stick myself.

Your thoughts ?

Anyone will tell you sust must be injected ed or eod to take advantage of the prop.
