if u were using board approved or"lION" NUTRITON 200 mcg per ml clen. how man mcg's would be aprroximately one squirt? i know there are no official answers to this,but does anyone have an idea??

i believe lion says that one squirt= .1 ml, so 1 squirt is 20 mcg clen
