Is test e to be shot Every 3rd day, or 4th day?

I can't find that damn thread with the info on it. gotta get to class and I need to get my pick me up. It's either EQ E3D & Test E E4D or vice versa, i can't remember at the moment.

I said 3.5 to optimize the test e blood levels. If your not concerned about that you could shoot it once a week.

i think if it was better 2 b shoot once a week i`d have told him but ithink it`s a bad idea 2 do it & ur blood levels is not gonna b fu<ked from half a day

You can shot it every 5 dats if you want, the half-life is 5 days, I use it every 3 days, that gives me 583mg a week, at 250mg a shot, if I use 375mg, I get 875mg a week
