anyone know if it is a good idea to use liquidex in place of clom and nolv or just nolv ?

would i run it the whole time on cycle and for pct ?

Liquidex would not be a replacement for Clomid/Nolvadex IMO.

My personal preference is to use nolva @ 10mg ED and a-dex @ .25mg ED during my cycles.

L-dex, clomid and nolva for PCT.

1-4 100mg clomid (many ways to do this)
1-4 nolva 20mg ed
1-4 ldex .25mg ed

I use L-dex only all the way through, you need some estrogen to covert test so unless you have gyno problems you should not have to run nolva everyday. I personaly save the nolva for pct. Sometimes my nipples get irratated only takes few days os l-dex and Im good. I dont recommend l-dex if you have had gyno problems though.jmo

good stuff thanx for the info. never had gyno problems before just have some extra fat around my chest which im tryn to burn off

well you cant spot reduct. Well you can..but thats another story. Just cardio and diet down to 14% or so

Yea im doin allot of cardio , bought a sauna suit and got back into some mixed martial arts.
so if i got this right run liqui dex from beging of cycle through pct and once i start the pct add in nolv and clom ?
