    Tribulus

    How effective are supplements such as tribulus and would I notice increased gains if I took loads of it? Just wondering!

    i think trib is supposed to work best in test deficient males, doesn't really do much to elevate test above normal levels. if you're thinking about using it for PCT, i'd reconsider and use something proven to be effective like clomid or nolvadex .
