Legit question??

Haro in one more post(I understand you can't PM until you have 25) you can pm a moderator and ask him your question, they are listed at the bottom of the oage. Beware some do not do source checks and it is usually in there signature line.

i don't know how, but i had someone pm me the other day who had 0 posts...
matter of fact i just checked and they still have 0 posts...

I was always told it was 25 Top, but I got one the other day from a guy with 8 whole posts, and then another from a guy with 3 today. Until the one this morning I was thinking it was just an error, but after hearing you say so too, maybe they changed the system. Maybe it's not just total posts but time since registering.
