4 shots of 250mg each would help keep blood levels a little more stable.Quote:

For a desired dose of 500mg/wk yes 2 shots during the week of 250 is just fine for good steady blood serum providing you are using a longer acting ester like E or Cyp
Well, I have done 250 mgs twice a week and it didn't do much for me in the past. Im going 1000 weekly now. 500 a week is plenty for some people.
Rager I don't think anyone is suggesting you use less, I think Testostack is asking for his own use-also known as hijacking the thread, but it is harmless, without malice.
