4 shots of 250mg each would help keep blood levels a little more stable.

Well, I have done 250 mgs twice a week and it didn't do much for me in the past. Im going 1000 weekly now. 500 a week is plenty for some people.

Yes, yes, sure, i was talking about Test enanthate, prop is for later. don't like the EOD and pain thing though...
