this is the first time user here....to start wit my stats r like this: 6'2,200-205Lbs,29 yrs old,bf 15-18%,trainin for over 3 yrs now
the reason im postin here is as told by my buddies that i get lot of info from herethroug u guys...i want to begin a cycle ...and as a newbie...im double minded about wat to begin wit...u guys here r more exp and help others...so i jus need ur advice and share the info wit me about wat to start wit
