nolvadex question

i am starting my very first cycle tomorrow which is 500mg a week and will last 12 weeks.i will be shooting eod.the problem is i am not sure if i should take 10mg or 20mg of nolvadex ed ?

Nolvadex/10 - 20 mg/Day is recommend. so take 15mg a day if you can't figure it out

500mgs of what? ....whats your previous cycle exp? ....if your gyno prone then youll want to run 20mg and maybe even some l-dex.
