Nolvadex question!

Hey guys, why is it suggested to Run Nolva through out the cycle? Also how much Arimidex should I run (pill form)? I will be running a 10 weeker of cyp @500 mgs

nolva will deal w the gyno...some people need it throughout the entire cycle, and some dont use it at all...start the arimidex @ .25mg/day

I highly doubt you'll have any issues w/ gyno at that dose...especially when running arimidex. just run that at .25/day and you'll be fine.

That is what I usually do. If you are running adex you dont need to even do this. I just use proviron during cycle and take nolva if I feel I have problems.
