what PCT to use with anadrol and test

ive already asked this question, but didnt get a straight answer.
here is my course:

week 1-4: 50mg anadrol ED
week 1-10: 500mg test prop (may change this to test Enanthate if i cant stand jabbing ED)

wot should i use alongside this and at what dosage to prevent gyno/acne/water bloat? and what should i use afterwards to get my boys awake again and to keep my gains?

any help would be greatly appreciated, as i want to order the tabs and PCT drugs ASAP, and need to know what to buy and how much of it.

1-4 Drol @ 50mg ED
1-10 Prop @ 75mg ED
1-10 Nolva @ 10mg ED
1-14 A-Dex @ .25mg ED
PCT: starts 3 days after last prop shot
11-14 Nolva @ 20mg ED
11-14 Clomid @ 100mg ED

or

Drol/Test E
:1-4 Drol @ 50mg ED
1-12 Test E @ 500mg EW
1-12 Nolva @ 10mg ED
1-18 A-Dex @ .25mg ED
PCT: start 2 weeks after last Test E shot
15-18 Nolva @ 20mg ED
15-18 Clomid @ 100mg ED

or

Prop/Test E:
1-4 Prop @ 75mg ED
1-12 Test E @ 500mg EW
1-12 Nolva @ 10mg ED
1-18 A-Dex @ .25mg ED
PCT: start 2 weeks after last Test E shot
