confused

hey guys
i just read that it isn't good to stop roids cold turkey and that they should be tapered off to prevent a huge catabolic state in the body. is this true? this is different than what i have been hearing on this board. i trust this board more than anywhere else so help me out. thanks.

short version is (if I understand ur question) NO - that was the old diamond taper where u scaled up then tapered down. that is not efficient. a strait run, combined with frontloading for the advanced, is far better. Clomid therapy has now replaced the need for such measures, which were not that usefull in any case.

Your body naturally tapers itself off if your using oil based so no need to worry about stopping cold tukey
