This is the general recommendation from most. Just make sure you shoot 2 times per week, @ 250mg each time.

Cycle:

Weeks 1-12 Test Enan (250mg on Monday, 250mg on Thurs.)
Weeks 1-12 - Nolva 10mg ed
Weeks 1-12 - Ldex .25mg ed
PCT - 2 weeks after last test injection
