    can move my shoulder after injection

    i injected 150 deca and 250 trest e into my shoulder last night and man did hurt today is this normalhurts when i move my arm up and down ???????????

    Is this your first injection? If not, it will be sore for a little bit, what helps me is to take a hot shower thhen inject then rub for about 5-7 minutes. No pain in my delts @ all.
