i intend on starting this cycle tomorrow...it'll be like this
it's 10 weeks
Sustanon 250 mg once a week for weeks 1,2,8.
Sustanon 500 mg once a week for weeks 3,4,5,6,7
Winstrol 50 mg injection every day for weeks 3,4,5,6
nolvadex 20 mg every day from week 1 till 7
Clomid every day for weeks 8,9,10
what do you think?
why not just run 500mg every week, broken up into two shots a week. EOD would be even better for blood levels with sust since it has prop in it.
also might want to drop the winny for your first cycle and save it til later on.
keep the dose the same for weeks 1-10...also dont run the clomid 8,9, and 10...run it 12-15...

1-10 or 12 500mg/wk sust. Shot at least twice a week, every other day would be better, but you can get by twice a week
Start PCT 21 days after last shot of sust
your use of clomid is incorrect. you shouldn't stop running the nolva dex until your done with pct. read up on pct times, it will make a big diff.
research my friend sust is not 4 you.
Go with a longer ester test if you dont want EOD injections, which is recomended on sus.

I would of gone with a test e or cyp for a first cycle, it might be more tolerable to use. But you already have the stuff ! Shoot the sus at 500 mg a week EOD.
i think that in the first two weeks i should go easy on susta and keep it at 250 mg a week..it's my first time using injectable steroids and also using two compounds together, so i better be careful...thank u all for helping
actually side effects can be worse if you adjust your dosage. Side effects are reduced by keeping dosages constant. 500mg/wk all the way through your cycle

dude you need to shoot 125mg eod for 12 weeks, start pct 18 days after last injection
id agree with the above, 125mg EOD for 12 weeks is the way to go for sus, if you were going to put winstrol in there id start win on week 9-15 and start pct 18-21 days after last shot of susQuote:

This is true. If you start jacking around hormone levels you are in trouble. Constant blood levels and you will get hardly any side effects, not even much acne.Quote:

125mg EOD is better for stable blood levels because of the prop in the sus, and you want to run it for 12 weeks min,,sus remains active in the body for around 18-21 days that why you would need to start pct 18-21 days after last shot
i wouldnt even bother trying to cycle until i got more sust. when i shot sust twice a week it took almost 5 weeks to feel the effects. so if your just starting to see results at week 5 and you run out at week 7, thats sorta a waste imo.

if its just your first cycle, id do 500mls a week, one shot a week, why eod for sustanon i think thats not necessary, its a very long lasting injectable with 4 diffrent test ester, i usually do 500-1000mls, every 5 days, save the winny for end of cycle, howmuch sust do you have, 20ccs. should be enough for a cycle, eods, without injection experience and youre gonna be sore as hell
you don't have to inject the winny. it work the same if you drink it. i'd get more test if i were you. 10-12 wk range sounds good.
people shoot ed or eod to take advantage of the prop which is short acting. it also helps keep blood levels more stable.Quote:

yes it was sust only and the results where good. whatever you do dont start until you got enough sust to do atleast 10 weeks at 500mgs a week. otherwise you might be disapointed.Quote:

If this is your first cycle, you are using too many compounds. You simply don't need them. And you need to do alot more research before jumping into AAS. You can and will damage your body if you don't educate yourself prior to starting the cycle. Looking at your first post, you know nothing about the drugs you are about to take. Not trying to flame you but you need to know the risks you take when doing something you kow nothing about. And about the gains being dramatic, only if your diet is in check. Just my .02.
i follow Harris benedict formula for 2 months now refering to diet.
As for my knowledge on roids is only theoritical and keeps expanding every day.
It's normal not to be as experienced as any other guy who's been on a <> cycle before..including pct.
I realized how importand pct is only a few weeks ago.
Due to my litle knowledge regarding to steroids, i ask people who are more experinced, from this site and from others, related to me... if u have an answer about my clenbuterol question please share..
