i've read a lot about pct and cant find a straight answer on what is the correct way...here is what i had plan
day 1: 300mg clomid
day 2-11: 100mg clomid
day 12-21: 50mg clomid
day 1-21: 20 mg nolva
OR
day 1-28: 100mg clomid
day 1-28: 20 mg nolva
which is better? any opinions or personal experience with each of these ways to run pct
or maybe like this
day 1:300mg clomid
day 2-14: 100mg clomid
day 15-28: 50 mg clomid
day 1-14: 40mg nolva if have signs of gyno or day 1-28 20mg nolva
day 15-28: 20mg nolva
well, we all respond differently
I didn't notice any difference with 1:300 and so on
and 100mg/30 days
but i take 500mcg of hcg throughout my cycle..
and proviron
who cares what you want help with.

im going to run a cycle like this: wk 1-12: 500mg/wk sus (125mg eod)
start pct 18 days after last injection
which pct from above would be most effective in keeping my gains
