im not sure if this is in the wrong forum, but i figure this forum is looked at more frequently.
when cutting i was under the impression that the best time to do cardio is 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
i recently came across some different opionons. i am now told to eat something very light before your morning cardio in order to jump start your metabolism. (i.e bowl of oats, shake, etc.)
what is everyones take on this advice??![]()
