    B-6 and Deca

    Just bought some B-6 want to make sure i got the right thing it says vitamin b-6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride? Is this regular b-6? Also how much do i need to take daily with taking 600mg ew of deca?

    I would go with 100mg/ED instead of 200mg/ED, thats just me personally

    what should i go with some say 100mg some say 200mg how much do most of you take?
