Ey. I started working about 1 1/2 months to 2 months ago. Alot of my friends told me about clenbuteral. And im now looking for it. im about 190 pounds. How much should i be taking? if im doing a 10 week cycle. I just need some info on it from someone with first hand experience.

usually when i run clen, il start taking it a day or two after my last injection. the typical dosage is around 125 mgs/day. ive read that its important to gradually work your way up to that dosage by starting with 25-30 mgs on the first day, then increasing it by 25-30 mgs ed until you reach 125 mgs a day. imo, clen is an absolute necesity for pct because it not only helps you lose weight fast, but it also helps you keep your gains after you finish your cycle.

And I hope your not saying that you're running a 10 week cycle of 'roids with only 2 months training under your belt?

As for clen, try 3 weeks on, 3 or 4 weeks off. And taper your dosage up to see how it affects you. Starting with 20mcg/day (one squirt from the bottle)
