    Recomended t4 dosage

    I can't find anywhere the recomended dosage for t4.
    Anybody?

    Not my first choice but if you were to take 25mcgs of T3 then I would suggest 100mcgs of T4. Ratio is 4:1 T4/T3. It really is not effective like T3 is.
