Should i use clen during pct, before pct, or after pct?
My cycle is 500 mg / week sustanon 7 weeks, at week 7 winstrol every day 50 mg for 4 weeks and at week11starts pct with nolva(not only during pct,but also during cycle), and clomid.
Note i have 100 tablets of clen.
Please share your knowlege....Thanx!!!

I plan on starting mine shortly after my last shot.. so i'd say start it atleast a week before pct. could be wrong but thats just how i'm doin it

I'd do it when you start pct because it's anticatabolic. It'll help you keep your hard earned gains. Make sure you are up on knowing how to take it. There is a good read on this site somewhere (recently).

yaeh i think i know what's you're talking about...i've also herad it's anticatabolic and plan to do it 3 weeks before pct cause i'm takin sustanon and there is a 18 day peiod to wait till pct so to keep gains i'll start it then...The cycling method i know is 2 days on, two off, but that's not approved by the article you are refering to in this site......what is the right cycling method which provides the best results while on clen?????

Clen really isn't as anticatabolic as they say, IMHO. But it will burn fat by raising your temp, thus allowing you to consume the calories you need to keep your gains in PCT w/o getting fat.

you can run it two WEEKS on, two weeks off. Or you can run it longer if you take benadryl.

start at 20mcgs and work up. taper up to about 160-180, depending on how you can handle it.

clen is a great fat burner, but I felt like I lost some muscle mass on it, too.

Best to run it with an aas, like test

Run it during PCT you'll be good to go.

its best to use during pct for the anticatabolic effects.but imo, clen isnt really all that.there is a lot of good stuff on this site concerning clen and, aftyer reading them you may reconsider your use of it

You have to remember that everyone will experience different results. I see in your profile that you have a winstrol only cycle as your experience with aas, and you are 19. You gotta remember that alot of experienced guys have tried to use stuff that just didn't work for them but did wonders for the next guy. Find that article and read it.

im saying clen isnt nothing spec. IMO. many will say the same. and yes i have tried it.like i said using it for the anticatabolic effects(as small as they may be)during pct would be cool. when i was on it, my heart felt all weird, thats the main reason why i will not use it again.

I for one have loved it. Im in PCT, shedding and managed to keep almost all.. I felt a really positive effect... excellent fat burner IMO
