1-12 Test E or C @ 500mg EW
1-18 A-Dex @ .25mg ED
15-18 Nolvadex @ 20mg ED
15-18 Clomid @ 100mg ED

I agree. I wouldnt start with deca . Even though in alot of books such as the "ANABOLICS 2005", they say Deca and D-bol are a great stack, but its not. As a first cycle, get some Test E on you. You should recieve great grains with proper eating and training.

yes theres a certain everything you need.i know i was a newb not too long ago but dizzam, you gotta know a lil something and, put that knowledge to work before you can even think about the sauce! how long you been lifting?

hey whats up fellas im a brand new newbie, and am considering starting my first cycle soon,ive been workin out on and off for about 10 years ,im 34, 5 ft 10 in, 224lb approx 30% body fat , was wondering why some say its a good idea to just do test and not stack for first cycle can someone stack with test on the first cycle and be allright?
