    Can gyno get worse?

I have a tiny lump under my left nipple that I believe is gyno. It hasn't got any bigger or more painful in the last 4 months. Is there a chance it will get worse? Should I start taking some letro or something?

Is Letro just as good as Nolva, or is it better?

    I have nolva for a Test/Deca cycle...should I stick with it?
